What You'll Do: - Be the go-to person for all employee questions about HR processes, from benefits to company policies. - Handle the day-to-day administrative tasks that keep our HR function running smoothly. - Own the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach and screening to offer negotiation and successful onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. - Share our passion and unique vision to find and connect with amazing people who will help us grow. - Foster a positive and collaborative company culture. Plan and execute events, including meetups and engagement activities, that strengthen team bonds and foster a positive culture. What You'll Bring: Proven experience as HR generalist (3 years, ideally within a fast-paced tech environment). Demonstrated success in sourcing and closing highly sought-after technical talent in the US market. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS. A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation and pushing boundaries. Ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving startup environment. Bonus Points If You Have: Experience recruiting for a spin-off or a company in the generative AI space.
