In this key role, you will utilize your HubSpot development skills to design, implement, and optimize automation processes that enhance our marketing efforts and operational workflows. You will be responsible for integrating scripting solutions to elevate the functionality of HubSpot and improve user engagement. Responsibilities • Develop and implement HubSpot workflows, email templates, and landing pages tailored to support marketing initiatives. • Leverage scripting languages to create advanced automated processes and enhance HubSpot’s capabilities. • Analyze performance metrics to drive insights and optimize automation strategies for better effectiveness. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integrations between HubSpot and other tools. • Stay current with HubSpot updates and industry trends to continually refine our automation practices. • Proven experience as a HubSpot Developer or similar role, with strong knowledge of HubSpot CRM and automation tools. • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript or Python) for automation and workflow enhancement. • Familiarity with automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make.com) is an advantage. • Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for effective customization of HubSpot templates. • Good understanding of API integrations and sophisticated data management within CRM systems. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Excellent collaboration and communication skills in a team-oriented environment. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work setting.
