Key Responsibilities Design and update job descriptions to attract top talent and ensure compliance with industry standards. Source potential candidates from various online channels, including social media, professional platforms, and job boards. Draft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates and promote our employer brand. Screen received resumes and applications, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. Advertise job openings on social media and other hiring platforms to reach a wider audience. Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or recruitment tracker on a daily basis, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. Send job confirmation emails and handle compensation and benefits-related queries for selected candidates. Assist HR and other teams in operations-related activities, ensuring seamless execution of HR processes. Schedule regular interviews with candidates via phone and video calls, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management or a relevant discipline. Familiarity with the recruitment life cycle and HR principles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders. Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks, prioritizing deadlines and ensuring timely completion. Learning attitude and willingness to develop HR skills and knowledge. Preferred Qualifications Experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field. Familiarity with HR software, ATS, and recruitment tools. Certifications in HR, recruitment, or a related field.
