As a Hybrid Commercial Customer Care Professional, you'll be at the forefront of providing extraordinary customer care, curating unique experiences, and helping customers with their everyday needs. Key Responsibilities Pioneer the servicing of blithequark's Business Line of Credit and banking products, driving the evolution of our servicing strategy. Provide extraordinary customer care by responding to customer inquiries via phone and chat concerning Debit accounts in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment. Support multiple servicing across checking and lending products, utilizing our customer servicing model consistently. Uphold the Customer First philosophy by ensuring professional handling of customer requests, maintenance, transactions, and funds-related inquiries. Respond to customer inquiries around rewards and redemption, handling end-to-end processes. Troubleshoot customer problems and determine how to resolve those problems with integrity, adhering to all Regulatory and Compliance guidelines related to servicing practices. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A minimum of two years of customer service experience, with a passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, resourcefulness, and strong written and verbal communication. Proven success in a customer service environment, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment and proficient multitasking and navigation in a web-based environment. The ability to navigate multiple servicing platforms and manage change and continuous learning. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, having financial servicing experience will give you a competitive edge. For this role, we're looking for candidates who can work in a hybrid environment, with the following requirements: Current minimum speed requirements are 25 mbps download x 5mbps upload speeds, preferably through broadband cable or fiber optic services (WiFi, Satellite, or SDL is not permitted). A work area free of noise and distractions, with the ability to utilize a webcam. Compensation and Benefits The expected hourly pay range for this job requisition is $20.00 to $22.75 hourly, plus bonus and benefits.
