Key Responsibilities Log in to clients' social media accounts to respond to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner. Handle a range of customer queries, including sales questions and post-purchase support. Follow provided steps and instructions to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions. Work independently with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple conversations simultaneously. Maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and professional.
