Your responsibilities will include: Creating engaging lesson plans using the school-provided Curriculum Standards and Pacing guide, ensuring that your teaching is aligned with educational goals. Delivering live, synchronous instruction to high school students, making learning interactive and fun. Grading student work and providing constructive feedback that helps them improve and grow. Offering regular feedback to students, guiding them through their educational journey. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications: An active U.S. state-issued teaching certification in English Language Arts (ELA).
