Job Description We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as an Inbound Customer Service Agent. This is a 100% remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from your home in Zinder, Niger. As an Inbound Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing essential support and ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently and courteously. You will handle inquiries related to orders, products, services, and general account information, primarily through phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer inquiries via various communication channels (phone, email, chat). • Provide accurate and complete information to customers, utilizing available tools and resources. • Effectively diagnose and resolve customer issues, complaints, and questions regarding products, orders, and services. • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system. • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing a positive and supportive experience. • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary. • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and data security. Required Skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution. • Proficiency in using computer systems, internet browsers, and remote communication tools. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision. • High level of empathy, patience, and a positive customer-centric attitude. • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
