The Inside Sales - Account Advisor role focuses on generating business opportunities through proactive outreach and building strong customer relationships. Responsibilities Proactively reach out to new leads through cold calling to generate business opportunities Effectively communicate the value of our products and services, engaging with prospects in a professional and persuasive manner Develop close partnerships with new and existing customers; be their “go-to” expert for fleet maintenance supply ordering Provide your customer base with the support they need to solve problems, increase efficiency, and maximize their use of our customizable technology Effectively deliver a sales process including questioning, active listening, needs analysis and closing.
