[Remote] Sales Development Representive

AIA Contract Documents is a leading legal contract platform with nearly 200 contracts, exhibits, and forms that define the relationships and terms involved in design and construction projects. They are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to engage prospects, develop strategies, and drive new business opportunities. Responsibilities Proactively engage targeted prospects through outbound calling Understand and deliver ACD’s value proposition and facilitate lead handoff to the Account Executives Exceed quotas related to the number of calls made, the number of emails sent, qualified opportunities, and pipeline attribution Partner and strategize with our marketing and Account Executive teams to help fill the sales pipeline Maintain active engagement with new, old, and existing opportunities Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer interactions are captured in CRM Other duties as required Skills Ability to take initiative, multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills Practical time management skills and the ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize workload High energy and positive attitude Team player with demonstrated ability to work individually and collaboratively Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Relevant SaaS experience is a plus Benefits Company-paid health, dental, and vision benefits for employees 401 (k) with company match Company Overview AIA Contract Documents is a legal contract platform for the architecture, engineering, and construction sector.
