Responsibilities Efficiently sell home, auto, boat, life, etc insurance policies via phone, email, text, and chat Analyze customers' insurance needs based on a needs discovery conversation Leverage technology to quote insurance coverage with multiple companies to find clients the best fit for their needs Clearly explain insurance proposals to clients leveraging a consultative and empathetic approach Identify and capitalize on up-sell and cross-sell opportunities May conduct field visits as necessary Work effectively in a collaborative team environment Skills Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening High School Degree or relevant work experience 0-2 years of relevant work experience Ability to multitask, strong computer, analytical, decision-making, time management, and organizational skills A fast-learner who is meticulous, diligent, and proud about your work Adaptable, positively embracing change, and have a growth mindset Able to build rapport with several new people each day Open to two-way feedback and coaching, your success is our success!
