Job Title: Rapid Application Development – Cloud Engineer Location: Remote (AMS) About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Integration Engineer with strong expertise in AI/ML data analysis, integration development, and iPaaS platforms to join our Rapid Application Development (RAD) team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work independently to deliver scalable solutions. You will play a key role in accelerating our internal development velocity by delivering robust, reusable infrastructure and application patterns that support rapid prototyping and deployment. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain integration workflows across enterprise systems using iPaaS tools. • Apply AI/ML techniques for data analysis, predictive modeling, and automation within integration pipelines. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications and data sources. • Troubleshoot and optimize integration processes for performance and reliability. • Document technical designs, workflows, and best practices. Required Qualifications: • 3+ years of professional experience in integration development and data engineering. • Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and data analysis tools. • Proficiency with iPaaS platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato) and API-based integrations. • Strong programming skills in Node.JS, Python, Java, or similar languages. • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with ETL tools, data pipelines, and orchestration frameworks. • Knowledge of identity and access management or enterprise SaaS integrations. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Benefits and Compensation listed vary based on the location of your employment and the nature of your employment with SailPoint. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the SailPoint Corporate Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission, along with potential eligibility for equity participation. SailPoint maintains broad salary ranges for its roles to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect SailPoint’s differing products, industries, and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. We estimate the base salary, for US-based employees, will be in this range from (min-mid-max, USD): $80,200 - $114,500 - $148,900 Base salaries for employees based in other locations are competitive for the employee’s home location.
