Interior Designer

The Interior Designer will collaborate with sales teams and clients to create functional and appealing spaces while ensuring compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities Collaborate with Sales Specialists, dealers, and customers to design functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing spaces, ensuring compliance with blueprints, building codes, and inspection requirements Provide direct support in CAD/CET, space planning, quoting, finish recommendations and project qualification Participate in customer meetings and presentations to understand client objectives and desires and effectively communicate design ideas Allocate time to pre-sales and post-sales support, including creating quotes, ensuring workflow adherence, and enhancing customer experience Stay updated with industry knowledge to remain relevant Engage in various design community events to boost company brand visibility and stay abreast of the latest trends Skills An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Design, Interior Design or a related field Previous experience in commercial furniture design Proficiency in AutoCAD and CET Previous experience in commercial furniture design Proficiency in AutoCAD and CET is recommended (training for CET proficiency is available) Benefits Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP): Gain stock ownership in the company as an employee.
