Michigan State University Counseling and Psychiatric Services (MSU CAPS) is excited to announce that it is accepting applications for its Post-Doctoral Residency/Post-Internship Clinical Fellow in Health Service Psychology. This position will provide services and receive training in a multicultural mental health environment, focusing on developing the next generation of health service psychologists. Responsibilities Provide services and receive training in multiculturally-focused, inclusive, collaborative, and integrated mental health environment Engage in both experiential and didactic training that provide them expertise in working in collegiate mental health Have the opportunity to choose from concentration areas to develop specific expertise in those areas Skills Masters - Professional Psychology Consistent with the State of Michigan licensing eligibility for psychologists, applicants must be enrolled in or have graduated a doctoral training program in clinical or counseling psychology that has been 1. regionally accredited or approved by the board of psychology; 2. has obtained ASPPB/National Register designation or has been accredited by the American Psychological Association or Canadian Psychological Association, or by a similar entity approved by the Michigan Board of Psychology If a post-internship applicant, you must currently be enrolled in a doctoral training program consistent with the above described and have 'all but dissertation' status Application materials to submit: Post-Doctoral Residency/Post-Internship Clinical Fellowship | University Health and Wellbeing | Michigan State University A cover letter Self-Reflective Practice Essay: We invite you to reflect deeply on your personal and professional journey in working with individuals from varied backgrounds and life experiences.
