The role involves supporting the development and implementation of an AI-driven project aimed at improving service levels within the Customer Service organization. Responsibilities Assist in developing and testing AI tools to improve training delivery and QA monitoring for customer service operations Collaborate with Training, QA, and Technology teams to gather requirements and integrate AI solutions into existing workflows Analyze performance data and provide insights to refine AI algorithms for better service outcomes Perform other duties as assigned Skills Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Basic understanding of AI concepts, machine learning, and data analytics Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Interest in the cruise and travel industry is a plus Benefits Access to learning resources, mentorship, and skill-building opportunities.
