The International Benefits Specialist will manage and oversee global employee benefit programs, ensuring compliance and effectiveness across the firm. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with expertise in benefits administration and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Client Details This opportunity is with a large firm known for its commitment to delivering high-quality solutions and fostering a collaborative workplace culture. Description • Oversee the administration of international employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies. • Collaborate with regional teams to address benefits-related inquiries and provide guidance on best practices. • Analyze and evaluate current benefit plans, recommending improvements to align with employee needs and market trends. • Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations and performance evaluations. • Ensure accurate benefits data management and reporting, leveraging HR systems. • Provide training and communication materials to employees regarding benefit options and changes. • Monitor and manage budgets related to international benefits programs.
