Your key responsibilities will include: Responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring accurate and complete information is provided. Utilizing appropriate tools, methods, and processes to resolve issues promptly and efficiently, collaborating with cross-functional teams when necessary. Building sustainable relationships with customers, engaging them to ensure their success and satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products or services. Providing feedback and suggestions to improve our products, services, and overall customer experience, contributing to the continuous growth and development of our organization. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and policies, as well as industry trends and developments, to ensure you are always equipped to provide expert support and guidance. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential skills and qualifications: Exceptional written communication skills in English, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and professional responses to customer inquiries. Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an international non-voice environment, with a strong understanding of the principles and practices of delivering outstanding customer support. Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive mindset and a willingness to take ownership of issues and see them through to resolution. Familiarity with MS Office, as well as other software applications and tools relevant to the role. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with excellent organizational and multitasking skills, and a strong attention to detail.
