Investment Consultant (DC Pensions)

Develop and implement personalized investment strategies for clients based on their individual goals and risk tolerance. Monitor and evaluate the performance of client's investment portfolios and make recommendations for adjustments as needed. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market changes to provide timely and relevant advice to clients. Build strong relationships with clients and act as their main point of contact for all investment-related matters. Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to ensure alignment and consistency in client offerings. Act as a subject matter expert on DC pensions and investment strategies, providing guidance and training to colleagues and clients. Proactively identify and address potential risks or issues in client's investment plans. Meet and exceed performance targets, including revenue and client satisfaction goals. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism in all client interactions. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client communications and transactions. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance the client experience. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and network with potential clients. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements.
