IT Marketing Analyst (Part-Time, Hourly)

Tasks Data Gathering & Enrichment • Identify, collect, and refine lead or customer data using web scraping and data enrichment tools. • Ensure data quality through validation and cleansing processes. Cold Email Outreach & Sequencing • Develop, test, and manage cold email campaigns, including A/B testing of subject lines and email copy. • Set up and manage automated email sequences while monitoring performance metrics to optimize results. CRM & Data Management • Import, format, and maintain data within CRMs (e.g., Monday.com), ensuring accuracy and completeness. • Collaborate with team members to define processes for ongoing data updates and improvements. Marketing Workflow Automation • Design and implement automated workflows to streamline marketing operations, such as email scheduling, data updates, and lead tracking. • Troubleshoot and improve workflows to increase efficiency and scalability. KPI Tracking & Reporting • Identify relevant marketing KPIs (e.g., open rates, response rates) and set targets. • Analyze campaign performance, compile insights, and present actionable recommendations. Tool Exploration & Adaptation • Experiment with new applications and tools to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness. • Adapt to rapid changes in technology, including AI-based platforms for content creation and research. AI Content & Research • Utilize AI tools to craft engaging email copy, marketing materials, and conduct industry or competitor research. • Stay updated on emerging AI functionalities that can benefit the marketing and outreach process. Web Scraping & Data Processing • Use tools and techniques to scrape data from websites and structure it for marketing applications. • Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in all scraping activities. Requirements Requirements • Marketing Data Enrichment Tools: Strong familiarity with data enrichment platforms and processes. • Web Scraping: Proven experience gathering and organizing lead or customer data through scraping methods. • Cold Email Campaigns: Skilled at crafting and testing cold email outreach sequences, including message creation and A/B testing. • Data Imports & Formatting: Proficient in uploading, organizing, and formatting data—especially within CRMs like Monday.com. • Marketing Workflow Automations: Demonstrated experience with setting up and managing marketing workflow automations to improve efficiency and scalability. • Flexibility & Adaptability: Eager to learn and experiment with new applications, tools, and methodologies. • KPI Reporting: Ability to identify and track key marketing metrics, presenting actionable insights. • English Fluency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Dual IT & Marketing Interest: Genuine enthusiasm for both technical aspects (IT) and strategic aspects (marketing). • AI Tools Proficiency: Comfortable using AI-driven platforms to generate content and conduct research. Preferred (Not Required) • Software Development Experience: Familiarity with languages such as TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, Go, or PHP is a plus. • Google Workspace: Hands-on experience with tools like Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides. • Healthcare Interest: A background or strong personal interest in healthcare can be advantageous.
