What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) • Manage the initiation, coordination, and completion of multiple, parallel IT projects across various business areas. • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and team members. • Develop and present comprehensive project plans, tracking progress and managing resources effectively. • Identify and resolve project-related issues and conflicts, escalating as necessary. • Facilitate project documentation, including progress reports and presentations for executive stakeholders. What is Required (Qualifications) • 0-2 years of project management experience in an enterprise environment. • 0-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting strongly preferred. • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university. • Exceptional written and oral communication skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) • PMI Project Management Professional Certification or equivalent strongly preferred. • Experience working in a collaborative team-oriented environment. • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and demands efficiently. • Strong interpersonal skills to manage team dynamics effectively. • Proven ability to prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure situations.
