As an IT Specialist, you will support internal users, maintain and optimize core business applications, and improve systems that drive growth while collaborating with various teams to ensure the technology ecosystem is reliable and secure. Responsibilities Support and administer BRUNT’s NetSuite ERP environment, including financials, inventory, order management, and multi-subsidiary architecture Troubleshoot data flows between NetSuite, Shopify, EDI systems (SPS Commerce), and our 3PL warehouse platform (Deposco) Assist with SuiteScript customizations, saved searches, workflow automation, and reporting Document system architecture, integrations, and business processes, including reverse-engineering legacy workflows Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, and Sales teams to identify inefficiencies and design more accurate, repeatable processes Provide frontline IT support in partnership with BRUNT’s Managed Service Provider (MSP) Set up, provision, and support employee laptops, hardware, and peripherals Troubleshoot Google Workspace, Slack, and productivity tool issues Manage Google Workspace administration including users, groups, policies, and admin console Maintain hardware inventory, equipment lifecycle management, and software procurement tracking Support the Creative team with Digital Asset Management tools and supporting infrastructure Implement and monitor Google Workspace MDM and endpoint management Enforce security controls including disk encryption (BitLocker/FileVault), screen locks, and multi-factor authentication Support SOC 2 and SOX compliance initiatives through access reviews, audit evidence collection, and documentation Automate repetitive tasks using Python, Google Apps Script, SQL, or NetSuite scripting Build reporting solutions that combine data from multiple systems Research, evaluate, and support implementation of new tools and technologies Create technical documentation and SOPs for systems, integrations, and processes Skills Experience supporting business systems such as ERP, HRIS, or CRM platforms (NetSuite a plus) Exposure to APIs, integrations, and data flows (Celigo, Boomi, or similar tools a plus) Basic scripting or query skills in SQL, JavaScript, and/or Python Understanding of how data connects across systems and processes Prior IT end-user support or help desk experience Familiarity with Google Workspace administration and device management Exposure to security or compliance frameworks (SOC 2, SOX, or similar) Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN concepts) Curious, self-directed problem solver comfortable learning new systems Strong communicator able to support non-technical users Be in office 4x per week in North Reading, MA Benefits Bonus eligibility Equity or other incentive compensation, if applicable Competitive compensation Equity 401k and retirement plan assistance Dental and Vision 100% covered by BRUNT Comprehensive medical benefits Paid parental leave Clear and transparent performance management process Understanding how you can level up at BRUNT All-Hands meetings twice a year for the entire team to connect Flexible and collaborative work environment Thursdays social events with co-workers and community members Company Overview BRUNT Workwear is a consumer brand that provides work boots and clothing.
