IT Technician

Catalyst Family is seeking an IT Technician to support the region in installing and maintaining PCs, hardware, and software. The role involves providing IT support to users, troubleshooting network environments, and maintaining documentation for service calls. Responsibilities Install, support, and maintain PC hardware including: desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and audiovisual equipment Install, support and maintain PC applications in a Windows 10/11 Hybrid AzureAD/Entra environment. Software includes Office 365, Adobe Applications, TeamViewer Install, support, and maintain iOS devices (iPhone 8/13/14/15, iPad 6 Gen and up).
