Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat, resolving customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Utilize conflict resolution skills to de-escalate tense situations and find solutions that meet customer needs. Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide accurate and informative responses to customers. Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time. Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices. Essential Qualifications: High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred. 3+ years of experience working in a customer service role with conflict resolution. Experience in the automotive industry is a huge plus, with exposure to vehicle repair shop procedures and practices, including labor guides and part pricing. Preferred Qualifications: Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service. Experience working in a remote or virtual environment. Knowledge of CRM software and customer service tools. Fluency in multiple languages. Skills and Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Positive emotional resilience, with the ability to maintain a professional demeanor in challenging situations. Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and customer service tools.
