Key Responsibilities As a Data Entry Associate, your primary responsibilities will include: Executing data enrichment tasks following comprehensive training provided by the client. Handling credentialing-related activities, including application data entry, vendor resource verifications, and board certifications. Engaging with various state boards and credentialing bodies to secure status updates and verifications. Guaranteeing the precision and quality of credentialing data in accordance with industry benchmarks. Validating information supplied by third-party entities using online databases for cross-verification. Undertaking additional responsibilities as required. Required Skills To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient command of the English language, both written and verbal. Ability to thrive in a remote work environment. An internet speed of at least 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload. Qualifications While experience is not necessary, we prefer candidates with a minimum of 6 months of experience in a Data Entry or Customer Service role.
