You'll work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life, and no two days will be the same. As you continue to grow and challenge yourself, you'll discover your potential can take you anywhere you want to go. **Responsibilities:** * **Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Expert**: Field customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. * **Connect with Customers**: Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns. * **Calmly Resolve Issues**: Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise. * **Escalate Interactions**: Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate. * **Respond to Requests**: Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments. * **Track Call Information**: Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes. * **Provide Feedback**: Provide feedback on call issues. * **Meet Sales Objectives**: Meet sales objectives as defined. **Qualifications:** We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be considered for this role, you'll need: * **Bilingual Spanish/English**: Fluency in both languages is required. * **6 Months Customer Service Experience**: A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience is required. * **Over 18 Years of Age**: You must be at least 18 years old to apply. * **Ability to Type 25 WPM**: You'll need to be able to type at least 25 words per minute. * **High School Graduate or GED**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. * **Comfort with Desktop Computer System**: You'll need to be comfortable using a desktop computer system. * **Proven Oral & Written Communication Skills**: Strong communication skills are essential for success in this role. * **6 Months Call Center Experience**: Previous call center experience is preferred. * **Logical Problem-Solving Skills**: You'll need to be able to think critically and solve problems effectively. * **Availability to Work Various Shifts**: You'll need to be available to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends. * **Ability to Use Windows Operating Systems**: You'll need to be comfortable using Windows operating systems. * **Organization and Work Prioritization Skills**: Strong organizational and time management skills are essential. * **6 Months Sales Experience**: A minimum of 6 months of sales experience is required. * **Able to Work Independently**: You'll need to be able to work independently with minimal supervision. * **Ability to Work in a Constantly Changing Environment**: You'll need to be able to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly changing environment. * **Strong Listening Skills**: Excellent listening skills are essential for success in this role. * **Superior Negotiating Skills**: You'll need to be able to negotiate effectively with customers. **Work from Home Requirements:** To work from home, you'll need to meet the following requirements: * **Internet Requirements**: A minimum subscribed download rate of 15.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 5.0 Mbps are required. * **ISP Requirements**: Your internet service provider (ISP) must have no packet loss and a ping under 50ms. * **Internet Connection**: Your internet connection cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN. * **Proof of Internet Speed**: You'll need to provide proof of your internet speed. * **Clean and Quiet Workspace**: You'll need to have a clean and quiet workspace. **Ready to Join the blithequark Team?** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional experiences, we want to hear from you!
