About the Role We're seeking entry-level customer service representatives to provide top-notch support to our clients, primarily through inbound phone calls, chat, and email interactions. As a blithequark contractor, you'll have the flexibility to create a schedule that suits your needs, while enjoying competitive hourly rates and opportunities for additional incentives. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, chat, and email interactions Help customers with their needs, resolving issues and answering questions in a friendly, empathetic, and professional manner Work collaboratively with our clients to ensure seamless customer experiences Meet performance metrics and client-specific requirements Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to provide accurate and helpful responses Schedule and Flexibility: We understand that everyone's schedule is unique, which is why we offer flexible work arrangements to accommodate your needs. You'll have the opportunity to create a schedule that works best for you, with the majority of work hours taking place during weekdays and daytime hours. Earnings and Revenue: As a blithequark contractor, your earnings will vary based on the client you're working with, with competitive rates typically ranging from $14 to $20 per hour. Your pay will be determined by your phone call status when assisting customers, and you'll have opportunities to earn additional incentives based on client and performance metrics. Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you'll need: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Proven track record in customer service and delivering outstanding customer care Keen attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills Friendly, empathetic tone, and professional demeanor Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful mindset Proficient in using technology, including computer applications and software Technology and Equipment Requirements: To ensure seamless connectivity and clear communication, you'll need: A quiet and secure work environment during working hours A personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted) A wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity (mobile home internet and satellite internet services are not permitted) A valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed A smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad for program work, along with an authentication app A Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system (some clients may accept AppleOS) Work Environment Requirements: To ensure a productive and focused work environment, you'll need: A quiet, uninterrupted space An organized desk area Important Information: Please note that we're unable to work with contractors residing in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, Maine, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC. Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check. We're currently able to work with contractors residing in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, and Puerto Rico. Contractual Relationship: The relationship between you and blithequark is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment. blithequark will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with blithequark. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against blithequark hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
