About the Role: Customer Support Specialist As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include: Providing top-notch customer service via phone and email, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one. Offering accurate information about new bookings, rebooking options, and cancellation procedures for air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and more. Empathetically finding solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly, every step of the way. Requirements and Qualifications To excel in this role, you'll need to possess: Fluency in Danish, with a good command of English. Flexibility and a dynamic approach to problem-solving, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Location and Working Hours As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, at any time. However, we require: 8.5 hours of work per day, Monday to Sunday. Availability to work from 9 AM to 8 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate different time zones. Language Requirements As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll need to be fluent in Danish and have a good command of English.
