About the Role: Customer Support Specialist As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include: Providing top-notch customer service via phone and email, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one. Offering accurate information about new bookings, rebooking options, and cancellation procedures for air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and more. Requirements and Qualifications To excel in this role, you'll need to possess: Fluency in Danish, with a good command of English.
