Join Our Team We are currently seeking two experienced Freight Processors - Data Entry Specialists to join our team. As a fully remote position, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with occasional in-office training sessions at our Conklin, New York office. Job Summary The Freight Processor - Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for processing accounts, determining proper charges, and accurately entering information into our systems. The successful candidate will also be responsible for reviewing accounts, determining their classification, and combining multiple accounts into one for our clients' customers. Key Responsibilities Process accounts and determine proper charges Accurately enter information into our systems Calculate rates, mileage, and overflow charges using a computer calculator and our client systems Review accounts and determine their classification Combine multiple accounts into one for our clients' customers Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail Manage time effectively to meet deadlines Assist in the training of employees to perform job Participate in overtime requirements within the scope of company policies and procedures Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Previous data entry experience (plus but not required) Microsoft Office experience preferred File sharing experience preferred High-speed internet required Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently Excellent organizational skills Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a similar role Experience with internet search engines (e.g., Google) Ability to receive constructive feedback with an open mind Willingness to be cross-trained in other departments Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
