We are seeking a candidate who is proficient in written English for a remote job opportunity. You will be the person behind the chat widget, providing assistance to customers. You will have a document containing answers to frequently asked questions at your disposal, and a supervisor will be available to assist you with more complex queries.

Contract length:No fixed term

Rate:$35 per hour

Skills/background needed:You must have a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). You should be able to work independently and closely follow provided instructions. Having a weekly availability of 20+ hours and a reliable internet connectivity is essential.

Location:This is a remote online position, with a preference for candidates in the United States.
