Customer Chat Representative (Remote, No Experience, Immediate Start)

We are seeking a candidate who is proficient in written English for a remote job opportunity. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to assist individuals who visit... the business?s website seeking information such as discount codes or refund policies. You will be the person behind the chat widget, providing assistance to customers. You will have a document containing answers to frequently asked questions at your disposal, and a supervisor will be available to assist you with more complex queries.

Contract length:No fixed term

Rate:$35 per hour

Skills/background needed:You must have a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). You should be able to work independently and closely follow provided instructions. Having a weekly availability of 20+ hours and a reliable internet connectivity is essential.
