What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Handle inbound and outbound calls related to medical prior authorization
? Utilize computer skills for accurate data entry and information management
? Gather and review patient billing and medical information
? Analyze complex problems and provide expert solutions
? Collaborate with team members and departments to ensure effective patient coverage

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Minimum of 1 year of previous Medical Benefits experience
? High School Diploma or equivalent
? Ability to multitask and effectively use dual monitors
? Strong work attitude with a willingness to assist others
? Experience in a medical call center is a plus but not required

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Previous experience in a medical call center setting
