We provide products and services to Mechanical, Electrical and Controls Contractors working in the Building Automation markets. We also provide solutions to Plan/Spec or Design Build contractors and integration providers that work closely in the above industries. Responsibilities: ? Develop and execute annual sales plan and tactics aligned with growing a geographic territory. ? Account management and growth of existing customers. ? Account development of new target acquisition customers through prospecting. ? Thorough technical knowledge of BCS products, services and applications including ability to develop proposals in response to requests for quotation. ? Seek new market opportunities, including bid-spec work, utilizing your industry relationships and bid websites. ? Drive specifications towards BC&S offerings, with assigned consulting engineers. ? Develop presentation materials for decision makers including specifying engineers, design-build contractors, and contractors describing BCS competitive advantages and value proposition. ? Leverage internal Technical Solutions team for design, configuration and professional services. ? Work with Technical Solutions team on customer training and calendar, supporting sales objectives. ? Utilize sales tools effectively (CRM/Hubspot, estimating team) to plan and document progress as well as increase business opportunities within accounts. ? Generate a high level of activity to feed the sales pipeline and manage opportunities to successfully move them through the sales cycle to close. ? Attend and present at trade shows. ? Participate in professional organizations to grow the territory. ? Travel, as needed, to support territory.

Qualifications: ? HVAC/Controls/BAS sales experience. ? Software, services, solutions sales experience. ? Sales and business development experience. ? Experience prospecting and maintaining accounts. ? Experience with Building Automation/Mechanical contractors and end user (Commercial) businesses.
