Description of the role:

In this role as an Online Chat Agent at DixinUSA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms. You will interact with customers to answer their queries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: ? Engage and assist customers through online chat platforms. ? Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries. ? Identify and escalate priority issues. ? Provide product or service information to customers. ? Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions. ? Maintain positive customer relationships. ? Follow communication procedures and guidelines to ensure consistent and excellent customer service.

Requirements: ? Prior experience in customer service or a related role is preferred. ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ?
