Job Description

Ecom Solutions Inc. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Amazon Catalog Specialist to join our remote team. This position plays a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Amazon product listings, ensuring accuracy, and enhancing the customer shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and manage product listings on Amazon.


• Ensure product data accuracy, including descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory levels.


• Conduct keyword research and optimize product listings to improve search rankings and visibility.


• Monitor and respond to customer reviews and questions.


• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies.


• Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.


• Stay up-to-date with Amazon policies, best practices, and new features.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Amazon Catalog Specialist or similar role.


• Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and its features.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Proficiency in using Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor?s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.


• Relevant certifications in e-commerce or digital marketing are a plus.
