What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Assist in the implementation of Cybersecurity and Digital Risk programs to protect the airline and its customers
• Support daily tasks for cybersecurity programs including incident response, application cybersecurity, and vulnerability management
• Conduct cybersecurity threat assessments and assist with documentation updates
• Collaborate with digital technology teams and external partners to enhance security solutions
• Communicate cybersecurity concepts and metrics effectively to various audiences

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all management levels
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Education or training in STEM or Cybersecurity
• 2+ years of related experience in cybersecurity
• Security+ certification
• Moderate programming skills
• Basic knowledge of computer operating systems and network design
