Roles and Responsibilities: ? Build strong and lasting relationships with customer accounts through open, interactive communication. ? Analyze customer data and provide solutions to ensure smooth operations. ? Handle customer escalations and complaints in a professional manner. ? Collaborate with other service desks across processes for seamless support. ? Assist supervisors with any tasks assigned.

Skills and Qualifications: ? At least 1 year of experience in International Customer Support. ? Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). ? Strong phone handling and active listening skills. ? Ability to manage customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency. ? Strong multitasking abilities and time management skills.
