Job Title: Call Center Agent (Full-Time, Hybrid)

Are you passionate about helping others and providing compassionate care? We are looking for empathetic and driven Call Center Agents to join our growing team. As a key member of our Call Center, you will have the opportunity to assist patients in their healthcare journey by answering their questions and guiding them through treatment options?all... from the comfort of a hybrid work environment.

What You'll Do

Engage with potential patients: Answer incoming calls and follow up on warm leads to assist patients in exploring their treatment options.

Consultative conversations: Use a compassionate, consultative approach to qualify leads, address concerns, and schedule free consultations and x-rays.

Process management: Ensure all calls and processes are documented accurately in our CRM software, following established guidelines and confidentiality protocols.

Collaboration: Work with the team to track and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

Manage scheduling: Handle consultation scheduling tasks, including confirmations, reschedules, and cancellations.

What We're Looking For

Friendly and empathetic: A warm and approachable demeanor with the ability to build rapport with patients.

Sales/customer service background: Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.

Strong organizational skills: Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Tech-savvy: Familiarity with Microsoft Suite; Salesforce experience is a plus.

Detail-oriented: Ability to document calls and follow processes efficiently.

Work Schedule

Full-time (Hybrid): 1-2 days remote depending on the schedule.

Shifts Available

Monday-Friday (9:00 am - 6:00 pm)

Monday-Friday (10:00 am - 7:00 pm)

Tuesday-Friday (8:00 am - 5:00 pm) and Saturday (7:30 am - 4:30 pm)

Training: 30 days of in-office training in Centennial, CO, Monday-Friday (8:00 am - 5:00 pm)

Compensation And Benefits

Pay: $21 per hour

Paid Time Off: 2 weeks of PTO (increases with tenure)
