What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Answer, process, and document a high volume of inbound calls efficiently
• Provide world-class customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and fulfilling requests
• Schedule appointments for examinees
• Research, locate, and provide information to appropriate entities
• Maintain ownership of calls and document all information in case management system
What is Required (Qualifications):
• High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Minimum of 3 years call center/scheduling experience
• Ability to work various shifts and cover multiple time zones
• Ability to work as a team member and individual contributor
• Ability to follow standardized process workflow daily
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Previous healthcare call center experience
• Ability to interact with all levels of staff
• Proficient in relevant computer applications
• Excellent data entry and typing skills
