Customer Service/Data Entry

We are seeking a Customer Service/Data Entry candidate from overseas to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by coordinating logistics and administration of shipments.

Responsibilities: ? Handle requests to plan shipments as well as associated documentation ? Work with carriers, airlines, and other transportation providers ? They may also consolidate and break-bulk shipment ? Document and update customer records based on interactions ? Provide customer service to clients for active shipments

Qualifications: ? Must speak English ? Must have a reliable internet connection and an alternate back up in the event of inclement weather or a natural disaster ? Dual monitors preferred ? Must be available to work 6a-3p PST Monday - Friday ? Previous experience in customer service, call center environment or other related fields. ? Ability to build rapport with clients ? Ability to prioritize and multitask ? Possess a positive and professional demeanor ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills ? Typing test will be required

Pay Information:
$450-$1,000 Monthly
