What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

? Handle customer inquiries through phone and email while maintaining quality metrics
? Participate in training sessions and apply knowledge to enhance service delivery
? Use data analytics to identify call trends and report findings
? Escalate critical issues to supervisors or management as necessary

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High School diploma or GED
? Minimum of 1 year of contact center or related customer service experience
? At least 6 months of computer experience in a business environment
? Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Security Clearance
? Must be a US Citizen

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Bilingual in Spanish
? Bachelor's degree
? Prior experience supporting the Small Business Administration
