Customer Service Representative

Job Description...

• Processing transactions

• Cash checks with assigned limits

• Responsible for daily cash settlements and proof transactions

• Open checking, savings, money market and certificates of deposit accounts

• Orders check and ATM/Debit cards and provides started checks for new accounts

• Upsells customers to open, develop, and close sales

• Identifies customer's financial needs through in person meetings, referrals, marketing, etc.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of banking or teller related experience (cash

• 2+ years of cash handing experience (must know how to count money)

• Any experience with fraud or auditing is a bonus

• 3+ years of general face to face customer service experience (ability to build relationships with customers that come into the branch_

• Strong customer service skills and

• Someone who is coachable and able to receive feedback

• Comfortable working in a small team environment

• Someone who is coachable, dependable, and ability to take control of their career (someone who takes ownership)

Schedule:

Monday-Friday; 8am - 5:30pm (1 hour lunch break)
