Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities
? Manage high volume of incoming calls and emails
? Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers
? Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
? Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
? Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
? Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
? Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
? Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
? Stay updated on product knowledge to effectively assist customers
? Work collaboratively with team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals
? Contribute to team efforts to meet and exceed customer service targets
? Provide feedback on the efficiency of customer service processes
? Assist with customer inquiries via social media platforms
? Assist with processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
? Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
? High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus
? Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
? Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
? Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
? Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
? Excellent communication and presentation skills
? Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
? Ability to handle stressful situations with empathy and professionalism
? Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
? Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
? Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
? Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn
? Team player with a high level of dedication and flexibility
? Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
? Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
