Responsibilities
? Assist clients with inquiries related to financial products and services via phone, email, and live chat.
? Provide accurate information regarding account management, transaction details, and company policies.
? Handle client concerns and complaints with professionalism, resolving issues in a timely manner.
? Document customer interactions and feedback to support continuous improvement in service delivery.
? Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies during customer interactions.
? Participate in training programs to further develop your skills and understanding of financial services.
? Collaborate with team members to share best practices and enhance the overall customer experience.
? No prior experience in customer service is required, but previous experience in financial services is a plus.
? Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

? Basic understanding of financial products and services is preferred.
? Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
? Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate customer service software effectively.
