What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Triage urgent clinical needs of patients, caregivers, and referral sources through after-hours calls
? Assist local Patient Registration teams with new patient referrals, ensuring accuracy of information
? Meet standardized performance metrics for calls and referrals
? Communicate coordination of care information with team members and external sources
? Maintain confidentiality of patient information and ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High school graduate or GED required
? At least one year of previous call center experience
? Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and keyboarding skills
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills
? Dedicated workspace that is quiet and secure for handling patient information

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Associate?s or Bachelor?s Degree preferred
? Three years of related healthcare experience preferred
