Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining a variety of data in our systems. Your primary focus will be to ensure data integrity, manage large volumes of information, and perform data cleanup tasks as needed. This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
? Accurately input and update data in various systems and databases.
? Verify data for accuracy and completeness, correcting any discrepancies.
? Maintain organized records and manage database systems.
? Perform data quality checks and cleanup activities.
? Handle and organize physical and digital documents.
? Generate and prepare data reports as needed.
? Collaborate with other departments to understand and support data needs.
? Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
? Manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
? Suggest improvements to data entry and management processes.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
? 0-2+ years of experience.
? Data Entry Specialist should have high school diploma. Candidate with some college experience or recent grads are welcome to apply.
? Previous Sage Intacct experience is a plus.
? Data Entry Specialist must have previous CRM experience - Salesforce, ADP, etc.
? Non-profit experience is a plus but NOT required for Data Entry Specialist role.
? Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel experience (VLOOKUP's are a plus)
? Strong attention to detail.
? Excellent customer service skills - good communication skills.
? Verbally and in writing.
? Able to meet deadlines.
? Detail oriented.
? Willingness to ask questions.
? Quick learner.
? Able to carry out tasks with daily instructions.
