What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Facilitate eStore activities, including product attribution, cross-sell development, and customer portal onboarding
? Manage order facilitation and follow-up with partnered suppliers' eCommerce sites
? Nurture leads via the website and assist in creating internal leads and quotes
? Monitor and facilitate customer feedback, including responses to reviews
? Provide superior customer service while ensuring brand consistency across all platforms

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Excellent written and oral communication skills, with strong relationship-building abilities
? Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills, able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
? Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Epicor Prophet 21 is a plus
? Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record in accordance with company guidelines
? Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance while working collaboratively in a team environment

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Experience in eCommerce or digital sales environments
? Familiarity with lead nurturing and customer engagement strategies
? Previous experience with customer feedback and review management
? Ability to travel to branch locations occasionally
? Knowledge of safety guidelines and compliance measures
