We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Entry-Level Customer Service Assistant to join our growing team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Key Responsibilities
?Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
?Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
?Assist customers in placing orders, processing returns, and troubleshooting basic issues.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
?High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
?Strong verbal and written communication skills.
?Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
?Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
