Key Responsibilities
? Manage and organize executives' schedules and appointments
? Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting agendas
? Handle phone calls and correspondence on behalf of executives
? Maintain filing systems and ensure information is up-to-date
? Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations as needed
? Prepare presentations and reports for meetings
? Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and record keeping

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
? Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
? Strong organizational and time management skills
? Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
? Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines under pressure
? A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
? Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
