Do you have 3-4 years of experience in construction, a military background and/or have worked on the road in a hands-on mechanical-type role?

STL USA's WindStart training program has several employer sponsorship places available for people who can pass the 4-step application process.

The WindStart training program includes:
? A range of wind industry qualifications
? An overview of wind turbines, how they work and how they are maintained
? A guaranteed job with your employer sponsor

Prerequisites for the program:
? High school diploma or equivalent
? Valid driver?s license
? Willingness to travel for training and then work
? Willingness to relocate across the US
? Ability to climb stairs and ladders while carrying up to 50 lbs in weight

Employer-sponsored places on the program mean all tuition fees are paid for, help can be provided for accommodation also.
