This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant seeking a full-time remote position. We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized professional, particularly those with a background in insurance defense, to join our team and contribute to our success...

Responsibilities
? Drafting, formatting, and proofreading legal documents and correspondence
? Filing and e-filing documents for state and federal courts
? Assembling documents, outlines, and exhibits for court filings, arbitrations, mediations, depositions, and hearings
? Drafting basic discovery responses
? Managing calendars and deadlines
? Conducting research and fact-finding
? Assisting with other tasks as needed

What We're Looking For
? 4+ years of solid experience as a litigation legal assistant, with insurance defense experience preferred
? Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
? A strong understanding of litigation procedures and the discovery process
? Excellent organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail
? Superb communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and helpful attitude
? Must be a Florida resident
