Responsibilities

In this role, you will be reaching out to survey participants and gathering their feedback on various topics. Your daily tasks will include:
? Conducting outbound calls and administering surveys
? Reading from a script and asking questions to collect responses
? Recording and compiling survey data
? Engaging in meaningful work without sales or collections?just valuable insights!

Key Skills And Requirements
? Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
? Comfortable speaking on the phone
? Basic reading, computer, and typing skills
? A solid understanding of customer service
? Reliable attendance

Experience
? No prior experience required?paid training will be provided
? Open to applicants aged 16 and up

Schedule Options
? Evening shifts: 4 PM - 11 PM (Mon-Fri)
? Weekend shifts: 10 AM - 6 PM (Sat), 1 PM - 9 PM (Sun)
? Minimum one weekend shift per week required
? Choose from available shifts (18-40 hours per week)
